Pieces with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion. All original documentation and packaging must accompany the return.
Custom pieces, engraved items, and white-label orders are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects. Damage arising from wear, resizing, or alteration by third parties is not covered.
Email trade@gmjgroup.ae with your order number, the affected SKUs, and photographs of the issue. Our team will issue a return authorisation and an insured, prepaid shipping label for approved returns.
Approved credits are applied to your trade account within 5 business days of the returned goods passing inspection.
