These Terms of Trade govern all wholesale accounts, orders, and supply of goods by Ghullam Maqsud Jewellery LLC ("GMJ Group"). By applying for a trade account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Trade accounts are available to registered jewellery businesses only. We may request business registration documents and trade references, and we reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Wholesale prices are linked to prevailing gold market rates and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are otherwise indicative only.
Minimum order quantities apply per style as indicated in the catalogue. Custom orders, engraving, and white-label packaging are available on request and may carry longer lead times.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are payable in advance. Title to goods passes on receipt of full payment.
All shipments are fully insured and accompanied by hallmark documentation. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or credit. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable except for defects.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
